GENERAL QUESTIONS
Question: Do you offer an
all-in one scouting, stats, playbook and video editing program?
Answer: No, we don't. We strongly
believe that our best-of-breed approach offers the best value to
our customers.
Individual products make it possible to pay for only what is
needed, and, as a general rule, individual products don't
stretch resources in a way that results in compromised capability
or quality. The opposite is often the case with "all-in-one" products, or
even "suite" products from a single vendor. Question: What if I have a question about the capabilities of one product as opposed to another
that is not answered on the FAQ pages?
Answer: A number of resources are available,
including:
Product Category
pages - provide an introduction to each product type. Each
product category page links to one or more
product-specific pages that contain detailed product
information, screen shots, system requirements and in many cases
a link or button to request a Trial Version.
Product comparison charts - available for football
scouting software, video editing software, football playbook
software and football statistics software.
Online Help (via Live Chat) - click the Live Chat icon to
the left - just above Shortcuts.
If we're online and available, a person will assist you
interactively. If we're offline or unavailable, you'll be able
to submit a question with just a couple mouse clicks and without
filling out a lengthy form.
Email Help - using either the
Contact/Feedback form or by using the
Live Help (Chat) feature when Live Chat is offline.
